Bring A Friend Week

Monday, October 6th to Saturday, October 11th is Bring A Friend Week at Vibe! Bring a friend (or 2...or 10!) to dance class and your name will be entered in a drawing for an iPod Touch for every friend you bring. If that friend enrolls in classes, you will have your name entered AGAIN! We will announce the winner of the iPod Touch raffle on Monday the 13th.

Take this as an opportunity to take advantage of Vibe’s Referral Program. Each time a new dancer enrolls, our office staff asks who referred them to come check out the studio. The referrer’s family account is then credited $25.00. Let Vibe thank you for spreading the word!

Exciting Things are Happening at Vibe!

NEW Teachers! Vibe is happy and honored to introduce a few new instructors to our students: Megan Riddle (Jazz, Tap, Contemporary), Rhonda Smith (Tumbling) and Jaron Laquian (Break Dancing) have joined Vibe's Faculty this year to educate and inspire youth dancers of our community. You can find their bios on our Faculty page on the website.

NEW Classes! We have a few class additions this year that have already been a hit with enrollment:

Contemporary on Wednesdays

Tumbling 1-3 (only openings are in Tumbling 1 on Fridays and Tumbling 3 on Wednesdays)

Saturday Primary Ballet A at 9:15am

NEW Schedule! We have found that most Vibe students attend schools in the Snohomish School District. For the 2014-2015 dance season, Vibe will follow the Snohomish School District Calendar for Holiday and inclimate weather closures.

2015 Ballet Production

We are excited to announce that Vibe will host its second annual full-length ballet production this Spring 2015, premiering an original adaptation of the enchanting fairytale, "Sleeping Beauty." As this timeless classic features a number of captivating characters of all ages and sizes, we are again presenting the opportunity for Vibe Dance Studio students to audition for any leading or supporting roles. During the week of November 10th-15th, students may notify Ballet Director Rachel Cutforth of what part(s) they wish to be considered for, and will be observed for those parts specifically. Each student will be cast in a part independent from their participation in "Audition Week." On November 16th, 2014, the final cast list will be posted, to which each student will be able to find the part they have been cast.

The available leading and supporting roles are as follows:

Princess Aurora

The Lilac Fairy

Fairy of the Crystal Fountain

Fairy of the Enchanted Garden

Fairy of the Woodland Glade

Fairy of the Song Bird

Fairy of the Golden Vine

Prince Chéri

Prince Charmant

Prince Fortuné

Prince Fleur de Pois
